Cookies are only available locally. All cookies come individually packaged, in a brown paper bag with handles. All bags are labeled with ingredient information and expiration date. All cookies are made to order, I do not keep them on hand as they wouldn't be fresh that way.

Policies
Order Placement
Availability depends on many factors - my work schedule, number of orders I currently have, upcoming holidays, etc. For this reason, if you want to ensure I'm able to accept your order, it is wise to get a consultation and place your order as far in advance as possible to ensure you receive your cookies on time for your event! I will ask for an email upon placement of your order to send my baking contract with the date and time of your order and payment details in the email. The contract will be a PDF which you can digitally sign and send back to me. Your order is not confirmed until I receive the signed contract and deposit. This is to protect both you as my client and my business. The contract will state my policies you see here, confirm the order details, pickup time and payment method.
Revisions
Due to the nature of baking and decoration, revisions are not often possible once I have completed your order. Please make sure that any details are worked out clearly before I begin baking and decorating.
Order Pick up / Delivery
I do not offer delivery at this time. Pick up date and time for orders must be confirmed at the time of consultation and deposit. If a deposit is sent and my attempts at setting a pickup time fail, I will send the deposit back to you and cancel the order. I cannot afford to do last minute pickups and have people show up whenever - a specific date and time must be set before I will accept your order and put you on my schedule. This means if I quote you a timeframe to have your order done by, but your deposit is not received at the time of consultation, I may not be able to complete your order within the quoted timeframe.
Payments & Deposits
A deposit of half your total order amount is due upon confirmation of your order. Your order is not considered confirmed and will not be put on my schedule until the deposit is received. The rest of the payment is due upon pickup. I accept payments and deposits via Cashapp, Venmo, and Paypal. I also accept the rest of payment upon pickup in cash if preferred.
Allergens
Full ingredients lists are available upon request until I get them listed on my website. I label every package of cookies I sell with the proper ingredients list. It is the responsibility of the client to check this before ordering and I am not responsible for any allergy related incidents. While I am often able to substitute allergens such as dairy, eggs, tree nuts and peanuts for other ingredients, and I DO sanitize and wash all of my workspace and equipment between batches, they are still made in a kitchen which uses allergens.
Product Care
All cookies keep longer and fresher in the fridge. If ordering well in advance for an event, they can be kept in their packaging in the freezer for up two months. To retain freshness, consume within 7 days when kept at room temperature or two weeks when in the fridge. Always store cookies in an airtight container and keep them inside their packaging if putting in the freezer. To thaw, leave cookies out at room temperature (still in their packaging) for a couple hours before your event to avoid cracking or damaging the decorations.
Reschedule/Postpone Policy
Sometimes I'm able to reschedule for your desired time frame, sometimes I can't. It depends how complicated my schedule is at the time and how large your order is. The further in advance you notify me that you need to reschedule your pickup time, the more likely I'm able to do it. Please keep in mind that I work multiple jobs and baking cookies is one of them, but I also try to enjoy vacation time and time away from home - as such I am not available 247 for last minute pickups and schedules changes.
Cancellation Policy
If I had to specially order items or ingredients to fulfill your request, the cost of this will be subtracted from your deposit even if I haven't begun baking. You will get the remainder of your deposit refunded to you. If you cancel last minute and I've already baked and completed your order, you will not get your deposit back and I will no longer be open to taking orders from you as a client. While I understand that stuff happens and life can get complicated, I also ask you to understand that I can't get a refund for my time or money spent on materials. Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order to avoid grief for both of us!
Refund Policy
If you receive your order and are completely unhappy with it. I can offer you a partial refund upon the return of your order, unopened, to me. Failure to check allergen information and misunderstanding the type of cookie you're ordering are not valid reasons for a refund. I do not refund deposits for cancelled orders unless they are cancelled far enough in advance that I haven't begun production or purchased special ingredients/materials for your order.
